Paired with a senior on day one. Daily standups, code review on every PR, and a clear scorecard so you always know where you stand in the 45 days.

Strong performers move into a paid engagement with us at the end of the evaluation. No guarantees — but a transparent bar, and everyone gets feedback either way.

The role

Full-stack work, end to end.

You'll work on real-time development projects, help build and maintain web applications, and collaborate daily with the development team to gain hands-on exposure to modern software development practices.

Candidates complete the registration form and submit their application along with their resume and relevant project/work links.

Assessment Round

Shortlisted candidates receive a technical assignment/task to evaluate problem-solving skills, development approach, and technical fundamentals.

2–3 DAYS

STEP 03

Technical & Communication Round

Candidates who clear the assessment round will attend an interview focused on technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall role fit.

Selection

Selected candidates will receive onboarding details and internship confirmation for the batch at our Bengaluru office.

Who can apply

Final-year students & recent grads

Open to candidates pursuing or completing B.E / B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related technical courses. We hire on evidence and fundamentals — not on which college you went to.

Course-agnostic within tech. If you can prove you can build, your stream and CGPA come second. Show us code.

1Eligible academic background.Final-year student or recent graduate in B.E / B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a closely related technical course.
2Full-stack basics.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, SQL and Git/GitHub. You don't need to be expert in every one — curiosity counts.
3Evidence over credentials.A repo, a side project, a hackathon build, a college project — anything you actually made.
4Problem solving as a habit.You enjoy breaking unclear problems into small, testable pieces and pushing through to a working result.
5On-site in Bengaluru for 45 days.Available to join full-time on-site at our R.M.V. 2nd Stage office through the evaluation period.

Is the internship paid?

The 45-day evaluation / training phase is unpaid. Candidates who perform well during this period and are selected for further engagement move into a paid opportunity with us, based on performance. The criteria are shared up front so you know what "well" looks like.

Who can apply?

Final-year students, recent graduates, and candidates pursuing or completed B.E / B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related technical courses. We look for fundamentals plus evidence you can build — grades and college names matter less than the work you can show us.

Is it remote or on-site?

On-site, full-time at our Bengaluru office — 2nd Floor, Shardha Towers, 19, New BEL Rd, ITI Layout, AG's Layout, R.M.V. 2nd Stage, Bengaluru 560094. Real production work is hard to ship over Slack alone, and the 45 days are the cohort's whole point.

What tech will I work with?

Full-stack web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js on the front end; Node.js on the back end; SQL and database fundamentals for data; Git and GitHub for everything. A basic working knowledge of these is enough to start — you'll deepen on the job.

When does the cohort start?

June 2026, once the selection process is complete. Earlier applications get earlier interview slots, and seats fill from the top of the pipeline.

Can the internship convert to a paid role?

Yes. The 45-day phase is explicitly designed to identify interns we want to keep. Strong performers are offered a paid engagement after the evaluation — no guarantee, but a clear and honest path.
